Journaling classes are available to allowspace to write down or even draw your thoughts and feelings. To work through whatever is worrying you. 1-1 or group classes available. 
 
Child journals.
 
Teen Journals.
 
Parent and child duo Journals.
 
Though and feeling prompts. I give the space and time to explore thoughts and feelings in a safe and private way.
